I had posted this a while ago, and the vote count went up quite a bit since then. I had started a thread on the JDC with links to some bug/RFE pages. Thought if anybody here was also interested:
http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jsp?forum=406&thread=365414

oNyx added the "vote for structs" link too. I'm sure most have you are already aware of these, but for those who don't (or would like to add more), there it is. Thanks Smiley

I have a quick question about using the Sun RFE database and forums.
I can see the top 25 RFEs on the "Top 25 RFEs" page:
http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/top25rfes.html

But how would I go about finding say 25-50?
The search doesn't seem to let me do something like that.
Short of browser the entire database by DATE, anyone know how this can be done.

I would like to check the top RFEs beyond 25...
Thanks!

On a side note, the structs RFE is at 90, and the lowest in the top 25 is 96. :-)

Only 6 more and PUBLIC will see it. It seems kind of biased to only "easily" get to see the top 25.  Do you think they get the  bulk of the "loose" votes out there since they get seen and the others don't...?

It looks like a kind of lobbying filter - it cuts out all the spurious suggestions of individuals and small groups. You need something like JGO to get the votes on something in the first place.
