I can't be assed to dig out the .flv by hand to make that work. I'd rather embed codes just worked. There's plenty of examples out there on the intertubes for adding a youtube bbcode.

You don't fish out the FLV, you link it with this format: www.youtube.com/v/VID_CODE_HEREFor example, your video: <![CDATA[<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/U5X4N2exOsU" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/U5X4N2exOsU</a>]]>[size=12pt] EDIT: Riven, you should add a youtube syntax that basically translates the youtube link to the format described above in the flash block:
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1234abcd[/youtube] becomes [flash]www.youtube.com/v/1234abcd[/flash][/size] |
