nop Smiley - not yet.

However, you can use Cg on a PC and use it to
generate ARB_VP that you then feed to OS X. However, until we get ARB fragment shader, there is really little point.

but saying that the R300 supports ARB_Fragment_Program, so you're good to go.

You can get Cg's tools to generate code that OSX can consume, but there is no Cg front-end runtime for OSX and all my many many requests to nVidia on the subject eventually dried up with the response 'its coming'. NVidia may be waiting for OpenGL 1.5 or something...
