Has any1 managed to get the 'forgotton your password' thing to work?

1) I get asked my email, I enter it.
2) I then get asked the account ID, I enter it[i think i've got this correct :S].
3) I then get asked the security question, I enter it.
4) It then says
Quote

Your account identity has been verified. Your new password will be sent to you by e-mail.


I then wait.. and wait.. and wait.... but receive no email :-/

Consider yourself lucky... When they changed things around last year I made a typo entering my email address...  and so I can't get the password to correct it even if the email did go through Smiley... and basically it meant I had to abandon the ID I was using for years.  Lame.

Yep, I have the same problem. Forgot the password, 'reset' it, and the mail with the new password went to void..
This sucks.

I actually found someone at Sun that took care of that problem for me. There was a feedback-form or something buried deep in an FAQ somewhere.
