Good atleast no ones made at me yet because of my age... most programming communitys that i join i get laughed at because of my age (good thing i picked java!) thanks for that link!

I wrote my first game when I was 8. (it was text and on a desktop programmable calculator) so your age doesn't bother me any!
The big thing is not to get head of yourself. You've got a lot to learn but plenty of time to learn it. You want to start with something simple. If you've written a few java programs before then you are probably ready to tackle something *simple* and graphical. Think about old 2D arcade games.. asteroids, pacman, that sort of thing. They make great first graphical projects.
