more questions:

2. What are speciifications of testing machines for the games?

3. After we submit executables will anybody confirm if game instalation is OK. My fear comes from the fact that game could work on my testing machine but it could be problematic on some other (I hope this will not happen), but just in case...

I have the same question.  Specifically with regard to memory requirements and CPU speed.

Can we specify our minimum requirements?  Or is there a minimum / maximum that we need to fall in?

I would like to see a range of available options that we know will work, something like:

PC / Mac / Linux game:   128 MB to 1 GB main memory, with 32 to 128 MB graphics memory.  800 Mhz  to 3 GHz CPU speed.  1, 2, or 4 CPUs.  OpenGL support available on all platforms.  Screen resolutions of 800x600, 1024x768, ....

Cell phone game:  what phones will be available?

Also, for MMO or client/server games, will we need to provide an installable server?

what about JDOM?
I need to use xml for configuration and saving game progress etc.
Is JDOM allowed, since it is not Sun's API?

Chriss?
