This is my first official video-game. It's just a start, so there is room to improve on future projects. In this game, fly around with your rocket and complete levels. Try endless mode to see how long you can last, and play adventure mode to collect new rocket skins.

I don't see your vid here...you only need to use the code after the = sign (from the url) between the [youtube] tags.
Your screenshot is also not showing Smiley
Anyway, I watched the video on YouTube, and I think the scrolling is done well. However, what's the point of the game?
And I think players will be watching the minimap more than the actual game, perhaps if you zoom out a bit (just a bit) it would be a little more clear where to go.
Also, the addition of some enemies (maybe I missed those?) would be nice. Good luck with developing!

You know you're getting old when you played Pong while it was still hot...

Hi,

Very nice game I like the idea. Music makes this game even more great. Very good job.
I also have to say that zooming out would be more convenient to see where to go. The game is very dynamic and it is hard to look often on the mini map.

I cant play your game on Ubuntu. I tried command:
java -jar RocketGame.jar
and got followed error:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no lwjgl in java.library.path
...

The paths to jars are fixed in .classpath file

I like the idea for this game, but I think the rocket feels too floaty. There are times when I can't avoid a collision because I was going to fast and a wall suddenly appears in my field of vision. Also, I think there should be more checkpoints, particularly after very tight spots that take a while to move through.

Besides that, this is a very great game for a first project. My first game wasn't nearly as cool as this.
