VERY interesting to say the least. I'm waiting for it to be useable by us lazy buggers. Smiley

Would be interesting to port the core libes to this jus for fun Smiley

Biggest issues I see off the top of my head is OAL/OGL libs :/

I notice they have rudimentary Nvidia support. I dropped him a line to ask whether LWJGL would be of use. The API can take care of just about every facet of user interaction required to write a full windowing and GDI system.

Did you see whetehr that support includes real 3D or just  "as a frame buffer"?

I would assume LWJGL will have the same issues that the core libs do, withotu underlying OGL/OAL porting them is going to be a lot of work....

Indeed it will be. Perhaps Mesa will come to the rescue. Nvidia are famously cagey about their OpenGL driver code, for no well explained reason, so I can't see them supporting the effort. ATI on the other hand might well do.

Wow! Don't know how I have missed that one. If time permits I'll test that at some point in the future.
