Java games rock!

« on: 2003-11-18 07:57:47 »

I'm still a newb with CVS. THe advice in the java.net docs siad to jump right in, so I did. Now I hate myself.

Using WinCVS, I imported a module. I wanted it to show up next to the www directory under a directory named src. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I had to locally choose the directory one-level up from src. The end result is that all of the src sub-dirs got inported fine, but src is not there. Next to www I have a nice, shiny, new directory called com.

I'd really like to rectify this somehow and get com and all of it's subdirs under a src directory. It's not an urgent, life-threatening issue, just annoying. I can't find a menu option in WinCVS to delete files. So I tried with the command line and it tells me it can't find them. I'm now, after a couple of hours, ready to give up.

I'm hoping someone has some advice on how to handle this Smiley
