Wow. If you hadn't told me I'd have thought this was a genuine version from back in the day. Shocked Super accurate remake!

Edit: incredibly slow on my macbook pro though. Sad Runs at like a frame a second?

really amazing remake!

Ran perfectly in my Ubuntu 10.10 box.

The only problem is in the last screen, in the canibal camp. There are no spears at all and the player suddendly moved from right to left screen as magic, and after that the girl appeared and the canibal got away.

That's actually how Cannibal Camp worked in the Atari 2600 version.  The player automatically advances (runs left) between the Boulder Field and Cannibal Camp, between the cannibals, and between the final cannibal and Lady Penelope.  The cannibals do not raise and lower their spears, they do not throw spears and you cannot use any weapons against the cannibals.  All you have to do is jump over them.  The cannibals always get away.  Smiley

so, what else can I say: perfect remake! really great! My son (2 years) was here when I first tried it and he laughs at it a lot! He liked the jumps and the crocrodiles   Wink
