It'd be nice to have a mailing list created for the JoGL project in order to discuss JoGL issues, because there is currently no place were we can discuss JoGL issues.
We just can post to the forum and hope some developper will pass by, or post an issue without getting any answer so far...

A mailing list for this can be set up on the Java.Net site where the development will take place.

Now that the Games Group at Sun has learned all about how java.net works we will be rolling out the mailing lists very soon on java.net.  Hopefully those will work a bit smoother than the Forums did...

RIght, they are there but we are just finishing up re-organizing the projects area and figuring out how we want to do the lists so we have not been encouraging their use.  We expect to have the re-organization finisehd  by early next week.  Sorry for the delay but we are currently discovering all about the nuances of java.net - just as all of you are I'm sure!

OK, the games area has been redone to hopefully make it easier to navigate.  I posted a message in the General Discussions area that has all the details (although you can just go to the site and see for yourself).

For the mailing lists we felt it would be best to start with a few to keep the community together and then, if the volume becomes too much, we will start to split them off.   So we are encouraging everyone interested in the games API's, to subscribe to the dev@games.java.net mailing list.
