Oozinator's commercial from Hasbro.
apparently.. you have to pump the gun heavily and then you're able to shoot thick, hot, sticky, white goo all over your friends!
the commercial clearly states "major pumping required."
...what were they thinking?
others have suggested renames to the toy, such as "Bukkake Blaster"...
