Well it's a long complicated story. I lost the urge to eat(I like eating), play video games, and code. All I could think about is this girl, and I have to wait till 7th period tomorrow to see her. Ever since Friday I lost interest in everything. How do I get my butt back on track?

Distracted Anyone...

Yeah, the right course of action is just to deal with real life issues before programming. In your case, I definitely agree with the above poster, if you are that interested in her... ask her out.  Wink

.... This isn't the place to discuss teenager relationship advice. Go to 4chan for that!

Having said that, welcome to puberty. You'll learn self control with experience. Wink

(Also; the simple solution is to ask her out, and will either get or not get slapped. But it's better to risk being rejected, than spend months wondering if you could of been dating.)

Lol. I have the full story of what happened. Took me 2 hours of off and on typing and it tells the situation I'm in. It's pretty messy and has a lot of spelling errors. If you're up for a romance novel, have fun  Wink

Think about it: You are letting some girl in school stop you from doing something you may love for the rest of your life. Now this girl here, she's going to go off to college or someplace and you will (most likely) never see her again. But programming will be here pretty much forever. So think long and hard about what you want to spend your time on. If you really are into her just tell her, honestly it doesn't get any less complicated than that. Of course saying is easier than doing.

What I'm trying to say is, don't be a coward. Chicks definitely don't like that.

Was I before Chuang Tzu who dreamt about being a butterfly, or am I now a butterfly who dreams about being Chuang Tzu?

Translation:
"I am just like every single boy my age, I over think every little thing and I worry one wrong move will ruin my life! I also don't realize that all the other boys are hiding their feelings like me so I assume I'm the only one who feels this way."

Seriously, you're too young for any of it to matter. Nothing you do now (within reason of course) will have any effect on your life in 10 years. So just do whatever your gut tells you and stop worrying about it. Worst case scenario you're still single!  Your life will be a lot easier once you realize short of getting good grades in school and keeping out of jail, absolutely nothing you do what so ever will have any impact on your life in any meaningful way. Wink

Anyone over the age of 20-22~ who still talks about High School are usually losers in any context like it was meaningful, most of us stopped caring as soon as we had to deal with real life. Same will go for you, and your life. Cheesy

Having said all that; Really, JGO doesn't need silly teen drama posts! Anyone who's an adult here pretty much finds this stuff silly. You will too someday. Wink

I'm 26. this happens only rarely and with very special women of course, but it still totally happens. Once a woman is in your head like that, she changes everything up in there. How long that lasts depends on the people and the circumstances

Listen, I remember back when I used to worry about girls like this. It was only a couple of years ago (I'm only 17), but I remember it very clearly. It's terrible, your emotions and hormones are telling you so many different things and you just want to be with her and it hurts to not be, but trust us, it's not worth the time and stress you're dealing with. You're 13 (stalked your profile, sorry!), relationships aren't serious yet and they are more about dating someone and feeling affection than they are enjoying the other person. Its harsh, but its true. Middle school and most high school relationships are just focused on feeling good and dating someone because they are popular, not because you truly actually love the other person and care for them. I have a girlfriend and trust me, the drama you're putting up with is not how real relationships work. My girlfriend is my best friend, but I also love her. She has her faults, but we talk about them and work through them and I support her through everything. The important thing to remember here is that, when you are old enough and the girls are mature enough, you need to find someone you can be best friends with.

It hurts to hear the truth, but really what you're describing here is the typical tween relationship where the guy "falls in love" because a pretty girl notices him. It feels great, don't get me wrong, but don't let her take over your life! Be a teenager and ask her out and have the confidence to do so, girls love that. I'm not overly funny but a little confidence in yourself will get you a long way, remember that!

Don't worry, you'll find the person for you someday. Its funny how it all works out, I never thought I would find someone that makes me so happy, but here I am.

Thanks a bunch.(i do the profile thing too lol). We had this big emotional thing where i explained what i had been through. We both cried but said not to speak of it. My friend redress her and she said how I wrote a huge essay. She said she'll hug me as a friend though. I guess i needed this. When you find a girl, should she be just like me our really close

It really depends on who you are as a person.

Myself, I really have never done anything "bad" in my life. I had never been to a party, I had never been out for more than a day at a time etc... Basically I was a pretty laid back child that didn't break any rules.

My girlfriend, on the other hand, is far more adventurous. She takes me to do awesome things and meet new people and stay out for days at a time and I love it because I've experienced more in life than I have in my past 17 years (maybe not but it sure feels like it!).

I keep her "in line" and don't let her do stupid things that could get her in trouble. We balance each other out.

You have to find the person that challenges you to push yourself, but has common interests. My girlfriend and I both love metal and rock, we love being outside and writing/reading. She wants to be a writer so I push her to write more and more. I want to program and be a pilot, so she helps me accomplish my goals as well.

Yeah, I could write about this for a while...

Don't fall for it, she is just playing hard-to-get, but this is my approach:

You: I know you were lying, you love me  Kiss
She: I thought that I rejected you already, why did you kiss me?
Her crush: What did you do, asshole *slap*
You: *grabs in his back, takes uzi* murders crush
She: Aaaaah what did you do, ***
You: *shoots again, but now she* *steals cash*
You: *uploads video*

Public: Awesome game(play), even more realistic than Watchdogs! "10/10"

Mission acc... ... failed...

Your job is now to get her out of your mind and look out for other girls. This is what I have experienced to be the most difficult thing to me.
