Hello everyone !
At the beginning of May, I posted a message in the work in progress section to show our procedural generation algorithm. This algorithm helps us to create isometric environment for several places on a map for our game named Cold Contract.
Cold Contract follows the path of X-Com and Jagged Alliance and offers you to lead a team of mercenaries in turn-based skirmishes with hostile forces.
This time, after three months of hard work, I would like to share with you the trailer of our early access, now available, which shows the result.
The video has two parts, the first presents the interface made with standard 2d java functions, the second part shows the isometric environment of fight made with JOGL.
