Graphics effects were pretty cool, especially the light bending around the player. The UI is pretty cool too!

Is only Level 1 playable? I was disappointed that that was all there was Tongue

Great work so far nevertheless!

I really like the layout of the menus and the game feel in general. The music for the game really sells it.

The only thing I'd like to see is a little bit more brightness for the platforms. Even if you did a small patch of brightness around the player, it would help a lot to see which platform to jump on next and make the game easier on the eyes.

Great job on it though so far.

Yes it only lets you do one level as I have basically finished most of the things in the level editor and just need to make them but then a friend was like "idea idea idea" so.....

It crashes for me as soon as I click the "1"

I notice that you get many errors where others do not in other threads. What OS?

I load the levels from a file using a scanner and the error you got means that the scanner did not get what it was expecting. This happened at the very start of the file which means I have no Idea how to fix it. It should work. Is the file modified at all? Just use notepad or w/e to open it.

I assume you are refering to the issue I had with someone's game. I didn't update my laptop for a while to prevent myself from playing on it during schoolhours  Tongue. So obviously the drivers were really out-dated, after updating it the said game worked.

Anyhow I'm not on that said laptop, I'm back on my desktop computer. Yet, since my C: partition ran out of space I had to fiddle around with the partitions to increase the C partition's space which.... was a nightmare and I learned quite a bunch about partitions in the process. And now things are a little weird on my computer... for example, if I rightclick on the desktop the explorer.exe stops working.

Long story short, my system right now is not really "average" so if I'm the only one to experience this problem feel free to ignore it. I just thought I shouldn't keep quiet about your game not working for me.

That's in the level_1.sav file, I didn't alter anything

Everything is 100% accurate. Hmmm....one thing I would try is add a line be fore the version and then after and do some other tricks that are suppose to fix the problem but finals are uhh coming up.

This is still alive. Friend just published a game on android market using unity (always bashing me and meh java engine) so I got motivated to move onto triggers and more arty stuff.

Oh, raw4king, there is no lighting effect. There are about 5500 particles that make the space and the play "pushes" them away. They remember there original location and come back to it. I bet you could do this in a shader and make it much cheaper but I am super lazy....or just don't know GLSL.

Woot working like a boss on this. Still need to change a few more things then just add saving and loading and bam! Make many many levels.

Here is a video of one of the cool abilities you get later in game. It will not be identical in the video as I am still tweaking it. It also looks better then in the video.

Should I keep the additive smoke or not? I like it but then I don't.

Nice particle effects, looks kinda like the "blink" ability in Dishonored.

More art and stuff. Not sure if it fits style thought so...

And I think the space could be much better but don't know how to make it better.

Update with a bunch of new things...well now you have some options and more levels.

Any ideas for levels would be great...I do have an editor that I use but it is well...not very user friendly.

The icons on the level select screen will do something if you get perfect time. Some levels are hard and sometime trixy so listen to your buddy for tips.

Give it a go.
