Hi ppl, I want to introduce you to JSnakes.

The game is based on snake game and it is being made using Slick2d and JBullet, and our Components oriented engine.

It has four incomplete game modes by now, each one with its own instructions inside the game.

Here is a screenshot of the game:

Here is a link if you want to try it:

I used the arrow-keys and the controls were really bad :/

I actually liked the controls. It is more "Halo-like" control than in the normal snakes. Easier to learn.

The physics touch was also nice. In multiplayer you could for example add some cannibalism/natural weapons/poison and get some more tension Smiley

Good luck!

The physics of the snakes are cool. Not much to see here otherwise as of yet.

Hi!

It is a nice game, quite intuitive, pleasant. The only problem is that when I choose a mode, I have to press the key several times, it would be fine if you could display "loading, please wait..." so that I know that the game is loading. Best regards.

I have to add more control options but dunno how exactly they should be.

Great to know that some people liked the controls Cheesy

About the multiplayer, I was thinking just something like that the other day: breaking the snakes in pieces and grow by eating them. I should try some of them, sadly I only have local multiplayer and it is not easy to test them.

Okay, I will add something to know the game is loading...

Thanks you for the comments.
