I saw a posting that said you don't have an abundance of great opportunities.

Wll this is a real one.  We are a group of 10-15 people working on a startup venture that has just entered the commercial stage.  We enable people to do workouts on exercise equipment in an interactive 3D environment.  We want to recruit the right JOGL programmer to lead the terrain building part.
