...e (stupid YABB refuses to let me type that many letters)

Job spec + application details are on the mindcandydesign site, http://mindcandydesign.com/recruitment/index.html - summary below:

1 x DEVELOPER / TESTER

Nature of the role:

   * The role is 50% development, 50% testing / system-admin
   * You will be building innovative new systems largely according to pre-written specifications, although you will be expected to bring your own innovation to any unforseen problems, and to work closely with the System Architects on any re-designs that are required during development
   * You will be reporting directly to the CTO, with weekly status meetings and updates
   * Initially you will be working on PerplexCity projects
   * You must be capable of working hard and remaining focussed in the face of interesting events taking place all around you!
   * You must be capable of sticking to schedules, and willing to make up lost time where necessary

You will be responsible for:

   * implementing and maintaining java servers (J2SE) according to specification
   * designing and building automated test harnesses
   * improving unit tests, systems tests, stress tests
   * implementing (from scratch) community-management and support systems, e.g.: forums, ticketing systems, issue-trackers, wikis - all at high performance and security
   * developing complex structured-pipeline XML RPC systems to specification
   * on-site technical support for each of the above mentioned systems

malloc will be first against the wall when the revolution comes...
