Hi everyone,

This is my time entering the contest. Last year, while I was still a java noob, I followed it and enjoyed the games. This year, since I'm a little more experienced, I thought I'd try it out.

So here's my game that i'll submit, BallCatcher 4k.

The basic concept is that that colored balls will try to follow your cursor. And your job is to 'catch' the balls in the square of the same color. Each ball has different rates of acceleration, so it get's a bit crazy once you have a lot of balls.

here's the links:

I'd appreciate any feedback. Smiley

nice game idea!

gameplay suggestion: maybe add a black ball that would knock off any balls that are already in place. this will make it more of a challenge and make you be careful with the mouse Wink

The last level with the traps turned off feels like I'm watching a Bravia advert...   Smiley
