2D Java games forever!

Definitely participating this year... I felt so bad for not doing it last year...
It was a full year of coder's block, from Sept 07 to Aug 08.

Inspirations/ideas for this year:
*Pixel Junk Eden (L-system in general)...
*DooM (since I didn't finish it in 2005)
*Star Fox (another use for a little flat shaded engine)

Yes! I am planning to enter this year's competition. This would be my first game competition, so I'm not quite sure what to expect...

I grabbed Morre's template, and moogie's tool to squeeze the most out of this 4k!

My only little problem is the current lack of cool game ideas... so feel free to send any ideas my way!

Cannot wait to start coding! Smiley

There are bunch of ideas out there (hint hint, arcade, old). I'm remaking a known popular game, in my own fashion.
