Yes, like the subject said, are there any cheap Map editors out there?
By Map editor I mean something like qe/q3-radiant, maya or 3dsmax. All of them are tools but they are too expensive or in  the case of qe/q3-radiant, only free for non-commercial use.  What I would like to find is something like MilkShape 3D, but for map-editing.
I have searched but didn't find anything, maybe someone here has some tips?

Thanks for the fast reply !
This looks like a nice little tool and I will give it a try.
I forgot to mention that it would be nice if such a tool also could create outdoor terrain aswell as indoor, but from what I have seen  it looks like most tools are one or the other.
A big plus would also be if it were platform-independent since my primary dev-environment is linux....
