Hey folks,
Just got back from presenting jME at GDC2005 and had a blast. I think the best thing that I was able to do there was amaze developers with the speed of Java. (Most of what I showed ran at 200-500 FPS at 1920x1200 resolution.) I wish Sun would get out that word and we only had to fight the battle of convincing developers to use our product (not our product AND Java) but even so, the whole experience was very positive.
Much thanks to Chris, Athomas, Jeff, Doug and the whole gang at Sun. (They're actually nice guys when you can hold their attention... just way too busy
