  Could you please suggest me what tools are used for developing?

   If I would like to show 3D models ,they are made of 3D Max Studio, on web  and I would like visitor to do some action to the models such as rotate, zoom them or use some effects.  

   I would like plug-in to play 3D model of this tools, it's not complex when visitor install.

   I am thinking that I will use tools to connect with OpenGL or DirectX, What do you think about it?
