Can someone give me the code to place the command prompt on top of other windows? Just like requestFocus() does for windows.

This isn't a good place for this question, maybe a different forum would get you more replies.

Anyway, assuming you mean you've got a java program running within a command prompt on windows (i.e a console application) the answer is you can't since java has no concept of the window you're running in.
