It's not final yet, there is a lot of legal stuff that has yet to happen. Plus, what are the terms of the injuction? Must it be Sun's JVM or a sun certified JVM? If it's just a certified JVM I wouldn't be suprised if MS used Bea's JRockit JVM ... which is written and needs .Net .

Not suprising at all.

But still, as long as Java gets included, it would help the position of Java game developers

It must be a Sun VM and must be included with Windows XP and Internet Explorer. Microsoft had 90 days from the injunction date, and I don't think they can get themselves out of this one - after reading the decision it would take a very strange reading of the prevailing law for Microsoft to win on appeal.

She builds, she builds oh man
When she links, she links I go crazy
Cause she looks like good code but she's really a hack
I think I'll run upstairs and grab a snack!
