joal and non-wav files in windows(ogg vorbis)?

I've just tested JOAL library and played several wav files concurrently. It mixed them nice and easy.

Code is a bit overengineered if you only need to start/stop an audioclip without 3d orientation. But anyway its easy to create own JoalAudioClip wrapper to publish a simplified start/stop methods.

But Ive managed to play only .wav files. How about ogg vorbis files in windows environment?

If I've understood correct, ogg vorbis does not have a legal problems unlike mp3 files. So thats why I feel more safe with ogg format.

There is also native support for ogg vorbis in OpenAL  but don't think it's past the beta phase yet.
