I need a good J2SE programmer to help me with the day job. Start date is around September, salary's around £30k plus a bit of equity in the company. It's on the low side for the level of experience we need - which should hopefully be somewhere around my level of experience - but it'll get better in a few years when we're rolling in filthy piles of cash.
