eclipse antialiased fonts

Hey guys,
    Probably a dumb question but I've been a JBuilder user for quite some time now but have recently been working with Eclipse.  The thing I cannot seem to figure out is how to get anti-aliased fonts to work in the Eclipse text editor.  I'm running under winxp at the moment so a winxp solution would be fine.
