Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can do this.
There is no help inside the readme or the manual.

I want to use the Raize font I downloaded.

Tools/Options/Editing/Editor Settings/Java Editor

Font & Colors property.

BTW it has an online help, just typing F1 and font in the search box should have answered your question Smiley

Doesn't work. If the question could be solved that easily then it isn't worth asking. Smiley

Netbeans doesn't even detect the font exists.

I don't think its an NetBeans issue. How to use that font with any Swing app could be the question?

Mine did it for years. Maybe we have different format of the same font?

IIRC bitmap fonts are not supported by Java, only TTF are.

Thanks.

Raize is a bitmap font.
Some other TTF fonts I've downloaded are usable through Netbeans.

Know any way to convert bitmap fonts to TTF?
Or better yet do you know a TTF version of Raize?

Raize doesn't work for me at all. Windows says it's not a valid font file Huh

Well, here is a nice overview of programming-fonts:

edit: Meh. All shit. Courier 10px still rawks... all it needs are slashed zeros.
