List here the toys from your childhood that had the greatest impact on you.  Try to steer clear of video games and computers as we all had these (I assume).  If possible, provide links to on-line images and/or descriptions.

Some of mine are:

- Big Traxx - Programmable battle tank that you programmed to move around a room.

- Dungeons and Dragons Electronic game -  handheld LCD game made by Mattel

- Dark Tower - Board game with an electronic tower in the center.  DAMN I should have kept it Sad  Used sets are selling for $200+ on eBay.  Maybe I'll have to scour some yard sales over the holiday break....

Big Traxx came out after I stopped getting toys.  LOL

baseball mitt
paper (don't ask)
six million dollar man set (steve, spaceship, oscar, etc..)
anything with dinosaurs
erector set

the one peice I remember I played with the most..and is probably the drive behind my stuff now was a set with ships, fule canisters, buildings and people that was enough to build a small city on a far away planet.  the name is lost on me, but I can still see the pieces in my mind.

Ok, who remembers Construx? Between those and Legos, I could build anything of any size! Grin

Here's some cool Construx models:

I don't speak German, but it almost looks like they still sell them over in Germany:

Hm, I spent my youth in a rowing boat. Thus, I have a lot of muscles .... but no brain. It's a pitty.

- Lego.
I had heaps, but never of the right color. I used to think I was a really talented lego-builder, but it's recently dawned on me that's not a real skill.

- Transformers and He-Man characters, but none of the good ones.
I had BOTH the comet guys, and that crappy he-man with the spinning wheel in his chest with different "damage" levels on it. (you'll know what I mean if you've seen it)

- Pen and paper roleplaying games.
I never got to play, though, as I always was the GM. Very frustrating.

Play Minecraft!
