I'm a student working on a University project, to create a 3D Racing game using JSR-184 standard. I exported my 3d models from Max to .M3G then I code it and put it on the mobile for testing. The final frame rate is around 3fps and there is some keypress delay, I would say around 1 sec keypress delay. ( It was fine in Emulator, but slow on Sony S700i )
I'm wondering what went wrong, is it my models too complicated? Total polygons = 300 to 500, Texture map = 1 piece of 256x256 texture. It's so slow.
If anyone of you could suggest me any tips & tricks that will be great.
