Germany, Winsen (Luhe) thats near to Hamburg (has one of the biggest container harbour in the world) and near to Maschen too (has the biggest rail cargo station in europe).

Have you looked at the previous page? there were 3 germans there. I woudn't count that amount to be little - that's the same amount of US-americans there.

Closest big studio is Ubi Soft in Montreal(Lucky TheAnalogKid)
They made the Splinter Cell and the Prince of Persia series.

Ubisoft and EA still resist to serious Java game dev so I'm wondering why am I lucky? There is Gameloft, which develop J2ME games but salairies in mobile gaming seem to be outrageous!
