Java games rock!

« Posted 2004-11-25 19:17:19 »

Hi,

My apologies if this is an inappropriate post.

If I remember correctly, a few years ago there was this thing called "Magician". It was based on opengl. Back then I was a hardcore opengl programmer myself and didn't need that application. But now I'm looking for something slighter higher level than opengl.

Does anybody know whether there is a magician-type application out there which can be easily driven from java and provides a viewer of 3d objects that you can light, rotate, capture to an image, etc?

Many thanks in advance!

Pahidla
