The way to do this would be to decide what (if any) features are missing from this bulletin board and add them. I'm still newless, but I'd be willing to pitch in a bit if someone wants to throw me some scraps

Last time.  WE are not going to build a BBS (haven't found the BBS discusison topic on the main page).  We are hear to discuss game development in Java.
