Can I do a HTTP connection through a Java applicat

Hi there,

I have a problem. Let me explain.

I have a Java application that works fine on Nokia, and all its functions are just working OK. The problem is that the same Java application does not work on my Samsung X100! This application sends some HTTP server requests from the Java application: and the Samsung seems not to support it! I mean, it gives me the Error: Java IO exception....you know, this kind of errors.

The question is: Can I have HTTP acces from a Java application on a Samsung X100, the same application that works fine with any Java-supporting Nokia, or Samsung does not allow this?
