JSR 184: Supported file formats

Lately I have been looking a little at the JSR 184 (Mobile 3D API).

As a part of the JSR 184 is a Loader class.

This Loader class must support loading of a special fill format for JSR 184, but I have not been able to find any 3D modeling tools or file format converts which actually supports this new format.

Any information on such tools will be helpful.

Thats the holy grail at the moment.

There are a few commerical tools available from SuperScape, Criterion and others, but they are all very expensive.

The .m3g file format specification is included in the JSR-184 API JavaDoc so it might be possible to write one yourself.  I haven't found the time so I'm kind of hoping some generous souls will produce an open-source m3g exporter.

If you do find any reasonably cheap tools/exporters then please let us know.
