A good place to post to find graphical artists?

Well, I've reached the black hole of every game development phase: the game is done, some of the graphics are there (since I'm pretty good expecially with static images ) but the need of a good 2D animator is really needed....

The problem is: even if the project is commercial (shareware, indeed) it's really hard to find a sprite designer. Any hints on how we can find one?
