Somewhere in the forum archives there are examples of use to both newbies and experts alike.

Specifically:

* Application main loop for 1.4 with buffer strategy animation code

* Thread.sleep() workaround for high-precision timer

There are probably others, but it's early and I am tired.

I was thinking it might be useful to post those over to the SHARED CODE forum and start pointing people there to avoid having tons of topic over the same piece of code.  What do you guys think?  Only thing preventing me from doing it is that I'm not sure where all the good examples are, and if the authors could help out it would be good.

What do you all think?

There is a board section for code posting.  Please post there so all code samples are in one place.
