Hi guys,

Short story:

I started doing a java port of gli called, unsurprisingly, jgli

It reads dds, dxgi and ktx textures, and also kmg if g-truc proposal will get accepted. I am planning PNG, JPG and GIF support as well.

All the possible combinations of 1d-2d-3d-rectangle-cube-array textures are, in theory, supported

- layers refer to the elements in an array
- face for the six faces of cube
- level for mipmaps

I am writing here in order to gather feedbacks and enhancements

Long story:

There was a time when... no wait, just read this
