After suffering astonishing neglect I have updated the file downloads tree so people can see the latest release builds. I have also updated the file area with a directory that points to the latest nighly builds so people can get to those as well.

Hopefully this will help people get the right files so that can build and be productive instead of fighting to find out why stuff doesn't work.
