Matters what your server is doing. A good catch-all that is a good balance between simple, cheap, and powerful is Google App Engine.

Take a step back and ask yourself, Is your game currently functional enough for you to even be worrying about deploying it onto a server? Server time cost money, are you looking to deploy or maybe test it between some friends. If you are just testing it try coding up a little server that fits your needs.

I think it is functional enough

Yeah, of course, the website (a http server) runs on the http port (80) and just have your game server run on a different port. Beware of overloading the machine though.

If you want to get a cheap VPS, you can go with DigitalOcean for $5/month. With a VPS you get your own server and IP address to play with, host a website, and host any servers you want.

Linode is awesome (Y)

In fact I believe this website runs off of linode:P

Not sure how suitable it is for gaming. I like it though - you have full control over everything!
