First off, what's a wive game? Second, no. You most likely won't find a tutorial for a specific game. That's why there are game devs, we program games. Not copy them.

Make a PixMap2D out of your image. Make a PixMap out of PixMap2D. Make a texture out of PixMap. Render certain parts of texture/spritesheet to make sprites.
