How do I do Fullscreen with MIDP 1.0?

on my T610 it shows still upper network bar and battery status and below 2 buttons when I run my Jad....

It is either impossible, or there will be a manfacturer specific class for allowing access to the screens full complement of pixels.

For instance, on Nokia phones you have a FullCanvas class, which subclasses Canvas, but emiminates the area at the bottom reserved for softbutton icons.
