I really liked that video. It probably taught me a lot more about marketing than school has, which is pretty hilarious. Definitely, a good watch.

Yeah I watched it, and the question I have is what is trashing or thrashing. Is it like deciding on what features your finished product will have or something along those lines?

Yeah, thrashing is... leaving all design decisions to the last minute and/or trying to add in features at the last minute.

Something like starting to write your own game engine or to refactor code when game release is getting inevitable. Happens to me all the time.

Well that video is pretty good and considering everything he had said, i am one of those people who will start something and never finish it, i thrash a lot.
