Instead of having the white noise there, you COULD do something and make the screen go staticy for a second once the player is hit, or something like that.

It is like a spotlight / flashlight. Plus, look at squaball. It has that shifty screen (at least the last update...). That was creative. It just brings the screen to life.

We are making this, and we just got into our first coding session. The reason it is a 'session' is due to how we cannot 'git' it to work. Details are irrelivant, since we already deleted the git repo, it is now just transferred via dropbox. We want to 'git' it! So you have skype? We may be available tommorrow, due to it being summer. Just friend me at wesley.l12 on skype if you are interested! You just need to walk us through how to use it. Thank you in advance!

PS Did you 'git' our puns?

Yes, but we tried and tried with no die. We simply can't git it to work.

This is a basic guide:

1. Click create repository
2. Give it name and set location to Eclipse project folder e.g. if I owned Horde in C:\Users\Sam\Documents\Workspace\Horde but be careful because you need to just navigate to the Eclipse workspace and then click okay and then the GitHub application should automatically append the folder name
3. Create, use default attributes and ignores
4. Click on repository and commit all changes in title "Initial commit" or something similar
5. Hit the sync button
6. Go to the GitHub website and view your new repository

For somebody receiving changes:

1. Go to account if on computer tab
2. Clone repository
3. Navigate to repository and click "sync" if needed

Let me know if any of this is confusing.

Don't worry Wesley, you'll git it.

Just hitting commit makes a change in the git commit log on your local repository, not the GitHub repository.  The other person cannot sync their local copy with your local copy, so you syncing will make sure it is in sync with GitHub (hence the name).  Some examples:

When you first make a repository, you will have a local copy and GitHub will have no copy, so when hitting sync it will create the repository on GitHub.

When you create a new commit and then click sync, it pushes the commit from your local copy to the GitHub copy.

When you have a local copy that is behind and you click sync, it pulls the commits ahead of your current local copy commit so that they are up-to-date.

The sync button is really the most important button on the GitHub Application, and it is very easily to forget.

BTW, Everyone, I am thinking about if I could make money off of this game... Just a little daydream, but I was wondering... does anyone think that this game is worth a publisher's money? I will work on it a whole lot more, but still, will it? Keep in mind, this is my first game, so I am clouded with bias, so what do you guys think? Could I sell this? And if not, do you think it could with more of [place whatever you think here]? I highly doubt it, but just want to know what you guys think.  Wink AND DO NOT SCREAM!

P.S. For the few (if any) that care, if I market this, 1.3 will be the final free product...

You could do what Orange Pascal did and make it 'pay what you want', but still allow people who can't pay to still play it, but with a tiny dis-advantage.

Good idea! The modesty of the pay-what-you-want will make people feel sorry and pay more than a cent!
But as for your second Idea, genious, except I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate (yes, that's 8 * hate) that on the customer side. But on the other side, it is a pretty good idea, as you give a dose, and if they like it, they get it!

Just where will I go to make a pay-what-you-want? I SUCK at web design...

Talk about hands full... Don't get too ahead of yourself! There is still plenty of time to work on this before release or something. Also, to anyone else reading this: I need new zombie ideas. What do you think? So far there is tank and walker. Tank is heavy, walker is light, each with varying hit damages... Also, gun Ideas!
