you can find the current build here http://nekollx.deviantart.com/art/JaG-Character-Creator-Alpha-Build-2-371734980
and either here http://nekollx.deviantart.com/gallery/43679974 or here http://worldofserenity.deviantart.com/ for all the detailed info

WoS is a MMO based on my book Just a Game, still in the early stages. The general idea is that it could be played on any device and tries to replicate the full free from adness of D&D 3.5. You can make a character of any number of races, want a half elf, half giant Necomacer Monk? Go ahead!

In the current build the system that lets you create your name, set gender, and select one or multiple races, you can also reroll your stats as much as you want with the the full Race load out shows up on the left with you total modified stats.

Coming soon
Hybrid race system: No matter how many races you pick their value has to add up to 1 and they can only have a value of 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or 1/16. And those numbers will effect your attribute modifiers, at 1/8 and lower there is no attribute bonus only the race skill, at 1/16 the skill is at half strength.

Class System: A practical identical system to race but the stacking system is different. Classes do not modify stats but set some as affinity or weak and will effect stat growth as you level, but each class also has their own XP modifiers, some classes level faster then others and multi classing adds these making you level slower.

Merits System: starting with initial pool to customize your character you use Merits and Flaws to ad quirks to your characters.

Gold System: another dice roller, you get unlimited tries but can undo a roll, this determines your initial starting finances.

Gear: After you roll and set your gold start selecting your starting gear then it's onto playing the game

I am also getting some reference art done that wil lbe use for building the race sprite/models when I get to Phase 3.
Right now the GUI is only the Character Creator screen...but everything has to start somewhere.

New build is in the works but dont want to release a Jar file or demo vid until I finish a few last issues. That said this is what you can look forward to in the new build

Changing the gender ticker will change the head shots in Race, right now it's just a different set of generics but the system is now in place for it to have gender set race image differences.

Races will now modify states (well some of them don't have their stats for all 42 races figured out yet)

Also the race headshots are bigger.

I might also have the system in place to change the left side to show a placeholder full body race finished as well depending on how the code works out for the race pic swap

New build in the works, for some details:
Removed Quirks (Advantages/Disadavantages) from main screen, and moving them to the next screen.
- Didn't make much sense to have quirks on the start area when your still deciding your race and class since one of the quirks is a attribute or skill boost and those are still in flux.
Greatly expanded the Race and Class info
- Only have race tweaked at the moment but classes are coming in next.
Added a description field to the left side
- click a race and see its attribute modifiers, description, life span, height range, and other details.
Got the first set of pictures being designed this is for humans and High elves and when I release the next build it will have that art in it.

If you are interested in seeing a preview of the current work in progress let me know.
