I am testing out libgdx rendering and ui system and of course I already have my gripes but here is what I got.

The freaking flare following the edge of the circle took forever to get right. First my angle calc was wrong then it was on the opposite side of the circle and finally, because I was using FastMath it jittered like crazy so had to fix that. The stars are particles and I want to try making a slider so I think I will add how many stars you can spawn.
