Hello to all people of this forum. I'm a student of Desktop Application development who is interested in learn to develop games. I have make some games like Pong or the tipical game of spaceships to test the movement of sprites and the detection of collisions.

I'm searching for a good guide to study this subject either in the web or a book (If you want to program with me using skype to communicate is a good idea for me, but for I'm from Europe so think in the change of time).

Thanks for your help and I expect to meet good peple that help me on this.  Smiley

Are you looking to develop in pure Java2D or use a library like libgdx/lwjgl?
