Best NetBeans Theme For Java

May someone suggest me a good theme or just screenshot your own you created, which really doesn't hurt alot eyes?

Shameless self promotion   ... but if you want a nice dark look and feel to go with your nice dark text colour scheme, you could take a look at Praxis LIVE's look and feel plugin.
