Creating A Game, need a team.

Hi! Me and another developer here on java-gaming are creating a good 2d game we hope to put on the site and hopefully get it onto it's own site.
We need developers for the game, so I am looking for a

• Programmer: People who can get code in the project
• Debuggers: People who find bugs and report them to the Programmers
• Janitors: People who "Clean up the code" and make it better to read and faster.
• Graphical Design: Making art that looks good.
• Storyline Writer: Writing a gripping storyline that's funny and leaves the player wanting more
• Musician: Writing music that is calming and inviting
• SFX: Sounding out sounds to make kick-butt sound effects

- How much will you pay artists/programmers?
- What is the game?
- How qualified are you?
- What is your role if you aren't the one doing art, programming, and audio?

1.This is a fun project that we will start out with for free. If we do make money, you will earn an amount proportional to the amount of work you put in.
2.It is a grid-like game in which you have a person walking around doing stuff. I have a basic template but that's about it.
3.I programmed the template myself, but I'd like more people.

Also, what kind of kind would that be? Genre? What techniques are programmers supposed to use? How expierenced do programmers need to be?

To be honest, that does not sound even remotely like a game concept, and definitely not like something that is fun. If you want to find people to work with you may need to put some more effort in promoting your idea (e.g. screenshots, a demo, design ideas, ...?)
